This site is PRIVATELY OWNED AND OPERATED!  Use of themomyforums.com is not a right, but a privilege.  Members must follow our rules or risk the loss of being a member!

• ABSOLUTELY NO SPAMMING MEMBERS! Spamming or recruiting members in any way (private message, post, profile, signature, email, etc) will not be tolerated!! If you wish to share a link of any kind consult with the administrator for prior approval or you may be banned without warning! As a member, if you receive any spam about other websites, message boards, referral links, etc., please do not hesitate to contact an Administrator.
• NO PROFANE OR SEXUAL CONTENT. Nude pictures or content (including but not limited to avatars, personal photos, signatures, etc) is strictly prohibited.
• ACT LIKE AN ADULT. We will NOT tolerate harassment, bashing, offensive, hate messages, discrimination, pornography, sexual solicitation (you get the point right?) at any time. Act like an adult and respect other members. **Anything that the admin team feels may be too offense for our community, etc will be removed and the member will be warned or banned without notice.
• NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.  Multiple accounts are not allowed and will be merged as one. If you create an account and have trouble accessing it, before you register another account, please contact an administrator for assistance.
• EMAIL. Please do not use a member’s e-mail address in your personal address book to send jokes, forwards, etc. unless given permission by that member.
• NO DOUBLE POSTING. When you start a topic or reply in a thread, PLEASE do not post again until another member has replied. While we understand that it may happen sometimes with a glitch, it is something that should not be done on a regular basis.
• IMPORTANT INTERNET REMINDER. Although we make our best effort to protect our members, it is important to remember when posting any information that this is the internet so please be careful to what you put on the forums.
• NO LURKING. Members that are caught lurking or have not posted within the last 30 days will be moved to inactive status.
• ADVERTISING. If you're interesting in advertising on TheMommyForums.com, please contact Joy for more information. We do not allow advertisers to spam members with products, services, etc. Advertisers are allowed to post up to three business related ads per week in the appropriate Forum only.
• DECISIONS. Please respect your administrators and moderators. This is a position they have volunteered to take on and they work very hard at it. Please respect them and their decisions. If at anytime you feel an administrator or moderator’s decision was unfair feel free to e-mail us to discuss the situation and we will come to a solution.
• CONFIDENCE. Please do not discuss anything another member has told you in confidence with other members or friends.
• AGREE TO FOLLOW RULES.  By posting, accessing, or using the materials within this site or forums you agree to follow and be bound by these rules, including all terms and conditions of use as listed or determined by our administrators. By registering, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and do not hold TMF responsible for age verification.  All decisions regarding the application of these rules are final.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Your personal information will never be sold. All information collected will be used for the purpose that it was collected for. There are times when you elect to give us information about yourself, such as your mailing address for contest prizes, then your address will be shared with the contest sponsor to ship your prize.

We reserve the right to amend our rules and privacy policy at any time and as a registered member, you must adhere to any and all rules set forth.
